    Welcome to “5 questions with Gennady Golovkin.” Gennady, what's your training regimen like for this Saturday's fight?

    My typical day starts early with a 3 to 4 mile run in Big Bear, California where I am training at....then breakfast...a short nap....I am in the gym by 2pm each day for about two hours.....some days we spar and have a full boxing workout.....other days we have a full strength and conditioning workout.

    What is the secret to your punching power? What kind of training do you do?

    Hard work every day, not from weights, God-given heavy hands, timing and position. Distance and knowing when to throw--practice this every day.

    What is your mentality, being that your currently undefeated, going in to the Rosado fight?

    No pressure, just another fight. No additional pressure being undefeated.

    Sergio Martinez, because he's thought of as being the best middleweight by many people. I'll fight him anytime and anywhere. Even in his living room.
